Zusammenfassung

Psoriasis vulgaris, eine der häufigsten entzündlichen Hauterkrankungen, kann in den westlichen Ländern mit einer Prävalenz von 1–3% Männer und Frauen jeden Alters betreffen. Genetische Disposition und vielfältige exogene (z. B. mechanischer Reiz, emotionaler Stress) oder endogene (z. B. Infekte) Faktoren beeinflussen den chronisch-schubweisen Verlauf.
