Zusammenfassung

Angeborene Mißbildungen des rechtsventrikulären Ausflußtraktes umfassen im wesentlichen die folgenden Fehler:

  1. 1.

    Fallot-Tetra- bzw. -Pentalogie,

  2. 2.

    die primäre Pulmonalatresie mit VSD (extreme Form der Fallot-Tetralogie),

  3. 3.

    Pulmonalstenose valvulär, infundibulär mit intaktem Septum oder nicht Fallot-typischem VSD bzw. mit Vorhofseptumdefekt,

  4. 4.

    die Pulmonalklappenatresie mit intaktem VSD,

  5. 5.

    die Aplasie der Pulmonalklappe,

  6. 6.

    den gemeinsamen Abgang der beiden großen Gefäße vom rechten Ventrikel einschließlich Taus-sig-Bing-Komplex.
