Zusammenfassung

“Overriding-” und “Straddlingphänomene” im Bereich der AV-Klappen sind selten. Läßt man Herzen mit univentrikulärer atrioventrikulärer Konnektion und AV-Septumdefekt-Anomalien unberücksichtigt, so liegt ihre Häufigkeit in der Gesamtheit angeborener Herzfehler zwischen 0, 3 und 3%; dabei sind insbesondere die Trikuspidalklappe und Herzen mit diskordanter atrioventrikulärer Konnektion betroffen [17, 25, 32].
