Unter angeborenen Koronaranomalien werden Fehlentwicklungen der Koronararterien verstanden, die sich auf den Ursprung aus der Aorta ascendens, auf ihren epikardialen oder intramyokardialen Verlauf sowie auf eine unphysiologische Kommunikation beziehen.
