Zusammenfassung

Als Transposition der großen Gefäße bezeichnet man eine angeborene Mißbildung des Herzens mit Ursprung der Aorta aus dem morphologisch rechten Ventrikel und der Pulmonalarterie aus dem morphologisch linken Ventrikel. Synonyme sind: Konkordanttransposition, d-Transposition, „complete transposition“, oder „ventriculo-arterial discordant connection“. Im weiteren wird der Begriff TGA verwendet zur Beschreibung dieser Anomalie mit atrioventrikulärer Konkordanz und ventrikuloarterieller Diskordanz. Das Hauptproblem der Erkrankung ist die Hypoxie, Ziel der chirurgischen Behandlung ist zum einen die Verbesserung bzw. Normalisierung der Oxygenierungsverhältnisse, zum anderen eine Normalisierung der Morphologie und Kammerfunktion.
