Prüfung der Leberdurchblutung und des portosystemischen Shuntvolumens

Zusammenfassung

Die normale Leberdurchblutung beim Erwachsenen beträgt 1.500±300m1/min, wovon ca. 75% auf die Pfortader und ca. 25% auf die A. hepatica entfallen. Somit dienen etwa 25% des Herzzeitvolumens der Blutversorgung der Leber. Etwa 10–15% des Blutvolumens des Organismus sind in der Leber gespeichert.
