Zusammenfassung
Der Begriff der „sympathischen Reflexdystrophie“ (SRD) beschreibt einen Symptomenkomplex, der als Komplikation nach einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Verletzungen oder Erkrankungen im Bereich der Extremitäten auftreten kann. Im Vordergrund der Erkrankung stehen meist ein anhaltender, brennender Schmerz, Ödembildung, vasomotorische, sudomotorische und trophische Störungen sowie Bewegungseinschränkungen der betroffenen Extremität.
