Zusammenfassung

In industriellen Applikationen der Antriebstechnik mit besonders hohen Anforde-rungen an den Drehzahl- und Temperaturbereich, die Wartungsfreiheit oder die Lebensdauer stößt man bei Antrieben mit konventioneller Lagertechnik häufig an technische Grenzen. Dies gilt auch in besonderem Maße für Pumpen und Kom-pressoren mit hohen technischen Ansprüchen hinsichtlich der Dichtheit und des Verschleißes bei hohen Drehzahlen, hohen Temperaturen, hohen Drücken oder auch chemisch aggressiven Gasen und Flüssigkeiten. Die mechanischen Lager und Dichtungen der ansonsten verschleißfrei arbeitenden bürstenlosen Antriebe bestimmen daher nicht nur deren Wartungsintervalle und Lebensdauer, sondern beschränken unter Umständen auch ganz wesentlich deren Einsatzgebiete.
