Abstract

In the previous chapter we have analyzed phenomena in a constant magnetic field. Now we consider the processes in conductors subject to a time dependent external magnetic field. The field and current variations are assumed to be sufficiently slow such that the field distribution at any moment of time can be described as static and created by the currents existing at this moment.
