Zusammenfassung

Das Vorgehen bei Frakturen im Bereich der Hand folgt den gleichen Grundsätzen, wie sie allgemein für die Knochenbruchbehandlung gelten:

  1. 1.

    Einwandfreie Diagnose

  2. 2.

    Exakte Reposition des Bruches

  3. 3.

    Ausreichend lange Immobilisation in Funktionsstellung

  4. 4.

    überwachung der Haut- und Durchblutungsverhältnisse

  5. 5.

    Erhaltung der Bewegungsmöglichkeit aller Gelenke, deren Ruhigstellung nicht erforderlich ist
