Nervendruckschäden an den oberen Gliedmaßen sind im handchirurgischen Alltag nicht selten zu beobachten, wenn man bei entsprechenden subjektiven Beschwerden nur an die Möglichkeit ihres Vorkommens denkt, eine genaue Vorgeschichte erhebt und nach objektiven neurologischen Symptomen fahndet.
