Zusammenfassung

Die weitaus größte Gruppe der angeborenen Herzfehler wird von Shuntvitien repräsentiert, die entweder isoliert oder in Kombination mit anderen Vitien auftreten. Hierbei ist im Kindesalter der Ventrikelseptumdefekt weitaus am häufigsten.
