Zusammenfassung
Orale Antidiabetika (OAD) sind indiziert beim MODY und Typ-Il-Diabetes. Man unterscheidet drei Gruppen von Antidiabetika. Die Sulfonylharnstoffe (SH), die Biguanide (Bg) und die Glukoseresorptionsverzögerer (Gr). Im experimentellen Stadium sind Thiazolidin-Derivate, die ähnlich wie die Biguanide wirken.
