Zusammenfassung

Es ist egal, ob Karzinomzellen oder nur Sekret das milchproduzierende ableitende System in Richtung Stroma verlassen; beide werden als körperfremd empfunden. Um sie abzugrenzen, reagiert der Organismus sofort mit lymphoplasmozellulärem (sog. rundzelligem) Infiltrat1 und reaktiver Fibrose2 (Abb. 5. 6). Die mammographische Abbildung der nachstehend besprochenen Prozesse hängt davon ab, ob sie mit ausgeprägter oder mit geringfügiger reaktiver Fibrose einhergehen.
