Zusammenfassung

Der terminale Milchgang, die Azini und das intralobuläre Bindegewebe stellen eine anatomisch-physiologische Einheit dar. Die pathologischen, klinischen und röntgenologischen Symptome der lobulären Veränderungen werden jedoch — aus didaktischen Gründen — je nachdem besprochen, ob sie:

  • • durch Erweiterungen der Azini oder

  • • durch die Wucherung des intralobulären Bindegewebes entstanden sind oder

  • • metaplastische bzw. proliferative Epithelveränderungen oder aber

  • • degenerative, metaplastische bzw. sarkomatöse Veränderungen des intralobulären Bindegewebes aufzeigen.
