Zusammenfassung

Wasser- und Elektrolythaushalt bilden eine unzertrennliche Einheit, deren Verhalten von zwei Gesetzmäßigkeiten bestimmt wird: Zum einen besteht zwischen Intra- und Extrazellulärraum kein osmotischer Gradient und zum anderen befinden sich in jedem Kompartiment im Mittel genauso viele positive wie negative Ladungen (Gesetz der Elektroneutralität).
