Bildgebende Stufendiagnostik in der Pneumologie

Zusammenfassung

Der Stellenwert der verschiedenen Abbildungsverfahren wird für diejenigen pneumologischen Krankheitsbilder ausgeführt, bei denen die Bildgebung einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Diagnosestellung leistet. Das Vorgehen bei der Lungenembolie wird in Kap. 4.3 erläutert. Im Einzelfall wird die Reihenfolge der Untersuchungen von der Verfügbarkeit der entsprechenden Geräte, dem Zustand des Patienten und der Erfahrung des verantwortlichen Arztes beeinflusst.
