Zusammenfassung

Abgesehen von einigen klaren Indikationen (z. B. Phakolyse, Intumeszenz der Linse mit Kammerwinkelverschluß, nach Trauma) existieren keine konkreten Richtlinien zur Indikationsstellung einer Kataraktextraktion.
