Zusammenfassung

Einzeln stehende Ulcera des Rectums sind zumeist traumatisch bedingte Verletzungen der Rectumschleimhaut bei rectaler Temperaturmessung, seltenere Ursachen sind digitale Manipulationen bei Coprostase oder sexueller Abnormität. Solitare Rectumulcera können auch Ausdruck eines Morbus Crohn-Befalls des Rectums sein. Ganz selten kommen Magenschleimhautinseln als Ursachen für Rectumulcera vor, zumeist jedoch bleibt die Genese unklar.
