Zusammenfassung

Die prinzipiellen Ursachen für eine Synovitis sind auch im Handgelenk festzustellen (vgl. Kap. 2.3). Lokalisierte Synovitiden sind häufig bei Bandinstabilitäten, TFCC-Läsionen, Knorpelläsionen oder Vernarbungen zu finden. Nicht selten ist auch nur eine chronische Überlastung die Ursache.
