Hypogonadismus und Infertilität bei systemischen Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

So kann verhindert werden, daß der Patient mit einer Behandlung unzufrieden ist, die nur auf einer Therapie der Grunderkrankung beruht. Patienten äußern selten Sorgen um ihre reproduktiven Funktionen, diese Ängste sind jedoch auch bei chronisch Erkrankten weit verbreitet und müssen von den behandelnden Ärzten ernst genommen werden.

Systemische Erkankungen können sich auf die Hodenfunkion auswirken oft wird dieser Einfiuß jedoch nicht erkannt. Die Behandlung jeder Erkrankung beim Mann soiite die sorgfäitige Berücksichtigung der möglichen Beeinfiussung der Erkrankung und/oder deren Therapie auf die reproduktiven Funktionen einschiießen (Fertijität, Androgenstatus, Sexuaifunktionen).
