Zusammenfassung
Wie bei kaum einer anderen Operation steht bei Eingriffen am Herzen die HerzKreislauf-Funktion im Mittelpunkt aller Überwachungsmaßnahmen. Zur Überwachung ist ein invasives Vorgehen erforderlich, v. a. weil die Patienten häufig schwer krank sind und zudem bei der Narkoseeinleitung sowie intraoperativ und nach dem Eingriff erhebliche Störungen der Herz-Kreislauf-Funktion auftreten können. Nachfolgend sind die wichtigsten kardiovaskulären Überwachungsmaßnahmen für Herzoperationen zusammengefaßt:
