Zusammenfassung

Häufigste Ursache eines Bauchaortenaneurysmas ist die Arteriosklerose, andere Ursachen sind Marfan-Syndrom, Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrom, Dissektion und Infektionen einschließlich Syphilis. Die Symptome sind zumeist gering ausgeprägt; oft wird das Aneurysma bei einer Routineuntersuchung entdeckt; gelegentlich klagt der Patient über Rückenschmerzen. Bei drohender Ruptur ist das Aneurysma druckempfindlich. Bei Ruptur treten meist folgende Zeichen auf:

  • Rückenschmerzen

  • Kreislaufkollaps

  • Abdominalschmerz.
