Bei Patienten mit einem Phäochromozytom sind perioperativ (Tumorentfernung) folgende Pharmaka geeignet

  1. 1.

    Muskelrelaxation mit Succinylcholin (Lysthenon) zur Intubation

  2. 2.

    Muskelrelaxation mit Atracurium (Tracrium) während der Narkose

  3. 3.

    Droperidol (Dehydrobenzperidol, DHB) niedrig dosiert als Antiemetikum vor Ausleitung

  4. 4.

    Halothan als volatiles Anästhetikum

  5. 5.

    Metoclopramid (Paspertin) In der Prämedikation, um die Magenentleerung zu fördern
