Eine 50 kg schwere Patientin wird mit einer „loadlrtg dose“ von 200 IU/kg KG heparinisiert. Folgende Blutgerinnungstests werden dadurch verändert

    Thrombinzeit (TZ, TT)

  2. 2.

    „activated coagulation time“ (ACT)

  3. 3.

    Prothrombinzeit (PT, Quick-Wert)

  4. 4.

    Prothrorrtbin-Prokonvertiri-Zeit (P&P; Quick-Wert bei einer Verdünnung von 1:10)

  5. 5.

    Reptilasezeit (RT)
