Eine transurethrale Resektion der Prostata wird bei einem 70 kg schweren Patienten durchgeführt Die Blasenirrigation mit elektrolytfreier, isotoner Spüllösung dauert 100 min an. Der Ausgangsnatriumwert Na+(prä-op) beträgt 140 mmol/l.
