Im allgemeinen junge Leute, im Prinzip gesund, lediglich lokale Läsionen ohne systemische Auswirkungen. Diese Patienten kommen im allgemeinen zu einem elektiven Eingriff (typisches Beispiel: 18jähriger Jüngling, der vor Rekrutierung eine inguinalhernie operieren läßt).
