Zusammenfassung

Zur Bestätigung einer anamnestisch vermuteten Allergie wurden Provokationstests an den Schockorganen der allergischen Entzündung entwickelt. Prinzipiell können sie an Haut, Nase, Bronchien, Gastrointestinaltrakt und Auge durchgeführt werden. Unter all den Verfahren besitzen die In-vivo-Testungen an der Haut die größte Bedeutung. Sie sind gut standardisiert, einfach durchführbar und aufgrund der großen Erfahrung auch relativ sicher zu interpretieren.
