Zusammenfassung

Hauterkrankungen wie Psoriasis und nummuläres Ekzem bzw. Hautstigmata wie Spider-Naevi und Palmaerythem können Hinweise auf Alkoholabusus bzw. auf das Vorliegen einer z. B. alkoholinduzierten Lebererkrankung geben. Jedoch sind die Zusammenhänge zwischen diesen Erkrankungen bzw. Stigmata zum Alkoholkonsum vielfach nicht so eindeutig wie vermutet.
