Zusammenfassung

Für die diagnostische Zielsetzung bei Verdacht auf Alkoholmißbrauch und -abhängigkeit ergeben sich verschiedene Perspektiven, die sich in folgende Aufgabengruppen unterscheiden lassen (Feuerlein et al. 1998):

  • Erfassung des Alkoholkonsums,

  • diagnostische Abklärung des Alkoholismus im Sinne einer klassifikatorischen Einordnung,

  • Gesamtklärung der Ausgangssituation bzw. der Lebenslage des Abhängigen einschließlich des sozialen Umfeldes,

  • Diagnostik zur individuellen Prognose z. B. bei Begutachtungen,

  • Therapiezuordnung (selektive Indikation),

  • Diagnostik für spezifische Interventionen im Rahmen eines Therapieprogrammes.
