Zusammenfassung
An insgesamt 100 Patientinnen wurde im Rahmen kurzer gynäkologischer Eingriffe Alfentanil in die Kombinationsnarkose einbezogen. Bei 70 von 100 Patientinnen reichte eine einmalige Injektion von 25 yg/kg aus, bei den restlichen Patientinnen mußte die ursprüngliche Dosis nachinjiziert werden. Klinisch hämodynamische Kriterien blieben bei 60% der Patientinnen unverändert, bei 30% traten Blutdruckanstiege, gelegentlich Blutdruckab-fälle auf.
Die Hälfte der Patientinnen atmete am Ende der Narkose ausreichend spontan, die restlichen innerhalb von weiteren 10 min. Ebenfalls mehr als die Hälfte der Patientinnen war 5 min nach Narkoseende ansprechbar. An Nebenwirkungen imponierten insbesondere Thoraxrigidität, Übelkeit oder Erbrechen. 90% der Narkosen wurden vom Anaesthesisten als gut bewertet, das Pflegepersonal auf den Stationen registrierte jedoch die gegenüber den üblichen Kombinationsnarkosen erhöhte Inzidenz von Übelkeit und Erbrechen.
