Akupressur ist die gezielte Massage von Akupunkturpunkten. Bei leichten und mittelschweren Erkrankungen und Störungen wird so eine Heilwirkung erzielt. Seit der Antike wird die Akupressur zur Selbstbehandlung angewandt.
