Zusammenfassung

Trauma und Schock führen zu ausgeprägten Veränderungen der Fibrinogenkonzentration im Plasma. Frühere Untersuchungen mit radioaktiv-markiertem Fibrinogen zeigten erhebliche Umverteilungen im Körper traumatisierter Tiere. Das Ziel dieser Experimente war es. den Stoffwechsel des Fibrinogens nach einem standardisierten Trauma zu untersuchen und die Umverteilungsprozesse weiter zu analysieren.
