Abstract

The request of higher efficiency in the product development process by the customers of the Engineering Service Suppliers is not new and they are prepared to take it on. In reverse they demand some key requisites from the OEM to achieve this. Only a common approach can secure the target. Some of these success factors are pointed out in the following explanations.
