Abstract
Pre-tied endoloops should be used. Pass the endoloop through the trocar using an introducer (otherwise the loop bends and is difficult to insert). Commercial introducers are available, but you can make your own by using the guider from commercially available endoloops and making the knot yourself. This reduces costs. The principle of the knot is easy to remember.
