Abstract
Planners, developers, real estate brokers, and others involved in real estate development can give you an educated guess about what land in a region is likely to be built, and what land is or is not likely to be built on, based on their knowledge of land costs, zoning factors, infrastructure availability, water and utility access, site access and visibility, environmental conditions, city development review practices, and local market conditions.
