Abstract

In November 1997 the Swedish Institute for Transport and Communications Analysis (SIKA) issued a call for tender to develop a new Swedish national model system. Transek signed the contract in March 1998. The most comprehensive contract in this field ever in Sweden had the ambition to develop the new Swedish national model System, the SAMPERS system.
