Abstract
Development processes and change projects always run in typical, clearly distinct phases and steps, each of which builds on the preceding one. Each of these phases can be seen from two different standpoints: the objective logical procedure, i.e., the purely organizational methodology, on the one hand; and the emotional processes, i. e. the psychological structuring ojprocesses, on the other. Both of these are important for success.
