Abstract

Having run a harmonic study, bus harmonic voltages, line harmonic currents and voltage and current distortion factors are calculated and compared to limits set by standards. If the limits are exceeded, various filtering alternatives are simulated and examined to resolve resonance problems and bring the system into compliance with known standards.
