Abstract
Moberg and Alexandersson’s (1997) methodology has been applied to homogenize series of monthly mean values of maximum and minimum daily temperature recorded in observatories located at the medium Ebro river basin. For each season, regional anomaly series have been constructed with the purpose of reflecting the evolution of temperatures in this area. The underlying trends have been extracted by smoothing, and then studied in order to appreciate the signs of a possible climate change.
