Abstract
One of the most important changes which we have to deal with nowadays is connected with increasing role of information and technology of it’s storing, transforming and disseminating. The perspective of information society is one of many which one being discussed nowadays to the one about: post-industrial, postmodern, post-cultural society or the society of risk. Computing and development of multimedia technology are one of basics observed today in the world proceeding globalization of dependence. An indication of shown here processes connected with informatization is development of global internet. It exists from 70’s but it’s such big development is being the reason of technological nature can be observed in the last few years. Today internet is a supernet comprising tens thousands of data bases and nets also including such enormous as American On Line. Dissemination and development of internet was possible through elaboration the simple methods of accessing and using this net- world wide web. In Poland internet shown up in the 90’s and during the last few years it’s development is very easy to notice The observed growth of computers and internet organizations in the last years was 200% a year and according to estimation it is used by about half a million of people. It’s here the citizens and young people in the age of 1925. years who are majority. The considerable percentage are people with the high education and internet is still in Poland an exclusive expedient for today. However dynamic increase shows that in a short time we can expect many important changes in this area.
