Abstract
The major barriers facing entrants into Electronic Business are presented in this chapter. The decisions accompanying entry into the Electronic Business domain must take account of significant challenges and difficulties. Many of the criteria for making the right decisions are clouded by the sheer pace of change and speed of developments related to the Internet and other aspects of Electronic Business and technology.
