Abstract
The Internet is bringing a whirlwind of change to the business world and enabling new and diverse ways of trading that are collectively known as Electronic Business. To compete in this emerging digital economy, European businesses large and small will need to fundamentally transform business models, change the way they work and think, and form new relationships with their trading partners and customers.
