Abstract

While in Chapter 6 we dealt mainly with short — and medium — run aspects, in this chapter we turn to the long — run development of economic activity. We concentrate on the temporal development of the physical limits, i.e. of the Boundary Conditions (Cl), defined in Section 6.2.1.
