I. Neben die Kontraktsobligationen treten die Deliktsobligationen. Sie be­ruhen entweder auf ius civile oder auf ius honorarium. Die Klagen sind actio­nes poenales, d. h. auf Zahlung einer Buße (poena) gerichtet.
