Polarized Electrons

Part of the book series: Springer Series on Atoms+Plasmas ((SSAOPP,volume 1))

Abstract

The motion of polarized electrons in electric and magnetic fields that are used as polarization transformers is described. Methods employing spin-dependent scattering for polarization analysis are discussed with a view toward elimination of systematic errors in asymmetry measurements.
