This work suggests two conclusions:
  1. 1.

    The utilization and the necessity of panangiography in small infants by retrograde carotid angiography, which has many advantages, its most important one being its simplicity.

  2. 2.

    The usefulness and the information gained from cerebral angiography in hydrocephalic studies.
