Abstract
Recently an examination was made of the silver nitrate occluded compound of silver A. This synthetic compound has been described by Barrer and Meier (1, 2), and consists of a very open aluminosilicate framework with large cavities linked by intersecting channels. These cavities are filled with AgNO3 as well as the Ag+ cations.
