Zusammenfassung
Das Antimon kommt in der Natur hauptsächlich als Orauspießglanz (Sb2S3), auch Antimonglanz oder Antimonit genannt, und dessen Verwitterungsprodukt, Weißsptießglanz (Sb2O3), vor. Außer aus diesen Erzen gewinnt man das Antimon und seine Legierungen noch aus einer Reihe anderer Erze, in denen es als Antimonit oder als Thioantimonit auftritt, z. B. Rotgültigerz, Fahlerz, Bournonit, Kupfer- und Bleiantimonglanz u. a.
