Zusammenfassung

Das Endglied der zahlreichen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, die gewährleisten sollen, daß der Betrieb von Kernreaktoren nicht das allgemeine Personal eines Kernforschungsinstituts oder jegliches Personal eines Kernkraftwerks und vor allem nicht die in der Umgebung der Reaktoranlage lebende Bevölkerung gefährdet, besteht in dem Einschluß des Reaktorsystems in ein Gebäude, das den bei einem Reaktor-Schadensfall resultierenden Druckwirkungen widersteht und den Austritt von. aus Reaktorkern und/oder Kühlkreislauf freigesetzter Radioaktivität ins Freie verhütet [1].
